Shipping

Due to COVID19, We are only shipping to the UK, Wales, Scotland and Ireland. Royal Mail are facing higher delivery demands than usual. And because of this we can not guarentee that customers won't face delivery delays. We appreciate your paitence and understanding during this time. 

Due to Covid-19, please be aware our dispatch time may take longer than normal. When your order has been shipped you will recieve a shipping confirmation email. We aim to process and dispatch orders within 5-10 working days of receiving your order. This excludes orders made on Public holidays, Saturdays and Sundays. Please note clothing orders can take longer to process as they are made to order.

Important:

We are unable to amend orders once you complete checkout. When completing your order please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are unable to replace or refund orders that are lost due to incorrect address.

 

If your package is returned back to us due to an incorrect address, you will have to pay shipping fee to have it sent back out.

 

If you want to cancel or amend your order, contact costomer care within 15 minutes of the order being placed. And we will do our best to grant your request. Please note this option is not a guarante, but we will do our best.

Additional Shipping Information:

In some cases items from your order might be shipped separately. This is due to stock availability and because some stock comes from a third party. We try to ensure shipping isn't delayed longer than needed and hassle free.

 

We guarantee if this happens, you will not be charged any extra shipping fees.

International Shipping 

International Shipping is available. Head to checkout to get the most up to date shipping prices and postcode exclusions.

Free standard international shipping on orders £100.00 or more.

Customs Duties & Other Fees 

 

All custom fees are applied by customs. We do not have control over how this done. And customers are liable to pay any custom fees that have been applied.

Normally they'll hold your parcel for about 3 weeks. But if you haven’t paid the fee by then, it’ll be sent back. No refund will be given by us if this happens.

To pay you’ll be contacted by Royal Mail, Parcelforce or the courier company handling your shippment. They will explain how to pay any VAT, duty and fees for dealing with customs.

Return Policy
Due to COVID we can not accept returns. 
Unless we've made a mistake with your order or item/s are damaged. Our products will remain non refundable. For an accurate and up to date return policy. We ask customers to refer to the return policy on each product page.   

Refund Policy (if applicable) 
Returns are reviewed on a case to case basis.
If you've changed your mind with a item thats eligible for a retuen. Please contact customer service within 7 days of recieving your order and a customer service agent will arrange a return. 
 
If we are at fault with your order please contact customer service. Once we recieve your e-mail, a customer care agent will be in touch to resolve your issue. 
In the case of returned items:
We will inpect your return once recieved. Once your return has been inpected, you will be notified by email letting you if your refund has been approved. Refunds will be processed and applied as store credit. Or applied to your original payment method if applicable. Please allow 7 - 10 working days for you to recieve your refund. We do not refund postage fees from your order or return. Your postage costs will not be included in your refund.
